Program Overview
The Advanced Personal Fitness Training Program at the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI Florida) is a 600-hour ACCSC Accredited Diploma program aimed at preparing graduates for employment as Health & Nutrition Coaches. This comprehensive program is divided into three modules, each lasting 200 hours. The modules cover Health and Nutrition Coaching, Corrective Exercise & Advanced Special Populations, and Advanced Youth Fitness.
Program Objectives
Upon completion of the program, graduates will:
- Qualify for Employment: Graduates will have the knowledge and skills needed to excel in the field of health and nutrition coaching,promoting holistic well-being for both the body and mind. Graduates will understand the unique needs of youth fitness clients and provide a comprehensive understanding of assessment and corrective exercise treatments for special populations.
