The Medical Assistant certification program at Mt. Diablo Adult Education is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to work in various healthcare settings. The program covers a range of topics such as medical terminology, patient care, administrative duties, and clinical practices. Upon completion, students are eligible to sit for the Certified Clinical Medical Assistant exam.

Mt. Diablo Unified School District runs a CNA program, not just for high school students. The program is 3 months long and is run in partnership with Opportunity Junction. This program requires an orientation that takes 2 days (one day online, one day in-person on campus).

The CPR / Basic Life Support certification program at Mt. Diablo Adult Education is a comprehensive training program designed to equip participants with life-saving skills.
