Certified Nurse Assistant Training Program

It's designed to equip you for jobs in long-term care facilities, home health agencies, and hospitals - pretty much anywhere that needs solid bedside nursing care.

• Classroom lessons on healthcare basics, infection control, fundamental nursing skills, body structure and function, and even some computer skills related to the healthcare industry.

Graduate with flying colors and you'll be ready for certification and employment in long-term care, home health care, and acute care. Plus, you'll be all set to take the national certification examination, administered by Credentia. And did we mention? Our program gets a big thumbs-up from the Mississippi Department of Health (MDH).

What do you need to join?

Just a High School Diploma, GED, or a passing score on Ability to Benefit Exam. You'll be expected to clock in a minimum of 80 hours of basic nursing assistant care in approved facilities, including at least 40 hours of long-term care.
