Maricopa Community Colleges’ Jamf Training Foundation is a Certificate of Completion program in Tempe, Arizona. It develops foundational skills for configuring Jamf Pro and Jamf Protect, enrolling computers and mobile devices, distributing applications, managing packages and settings, and applying device-security practices across macOS, iOS, and iPadOS environments. The program also introduces Bash scripting and security standards related to device management. Delivered through hands-on, example-based learning, the certificate requires 9 credits and can be completed in two semesters or less. Coursework includes AppleCare exam preparation for iOS device repair, AppleCare exam preparation for Mac computer models repair, and Jamf Training Foundation. Students must earn a grade of C or better in all courses within the program.
