A 20-weeks program that prepares students to become efficient in medical assistant duties. Students are taught Scheduling, Telephone technic, billing and coding, Electronic Medical record, taking  vital signs, assisting the physician during physical examination, blood and other specimen collection ,   basic laboratory procedures , EKG, medication administration , sterilization of surgical instrument and assisting the physician in minor surgical procedures.
