In person Medication Aide Classes
Legacy U Healthcare Consulting & Training Center offers a Medication Aide Training course taught by a NC Board of Nursing approved instructor. The Medication Aide course is a 24-hour State approved course that prepares students to meet the training requirements to become qualified as a Medication Aide. Students will learn how to safely administer medication by learning the six rights of medication administration; and other topics such as medical asepsis, hand hygiene, and terminology and legal implications. Students must score a 90 or above on the final exam. Upon completion of this course students will be eligible to take the state board Medication Aide Exam for skilled nursing homes.
In person CPR / Basic Life Support Classes
We offer CPR Courses in alignment with the American Heart Association. You will not find a more informative, professional, and engaging CPR training experience elsewhere.
