Housing Career Pathways is a skills training program that prepares trainees for well-paying office-based career-launching pathways in the NYC affordable housing industry. The Housing Career Pathways training program spans seven weeks, comprising four weeks of in-person classroom training in industry-specific topics, professional and digital literacy skills, as well as soft skills development followed by an 80-hour paid internship experience with affordable housing companies across NYC. After the program, program staff provide graduates with 2+ years of dedicated support, ensuring they obtain high-quality jobs and grow and advance in the sector long-term.
LEAP is a New York City-based organization that provides educational and enrichment programs for underserved youth. They offer a variety of programs, including after-school and summer programs, college and career readiness, and leadership development.
