Course Overview:

The Veterinary Assistant Training Program is designed to provide students with comprehensive knowledge, skills, and practical experience required to assist veterinary professionals in clinical settings. This program covers fundamental topics including animal anatomy, medical terminology, clinical procedures, and office management. Through a combination of online learning and hands-on training, graduates will be ready for entry-level positions as veterinary assistants.

Course Objectives:

• Develop proficiency in veterinary medical terminology.

• Prepare for certification exams like the Approved Veterinary Assistant (AVA) exam.

Certification:

Upon completion, students receive a certificate. They are also prepared for the Approved Veterinary Assistant (AVA) exam for further credentialing.
