Program Aim

Our program equips students to provide safe, compassionate nursing care under the supervision of healthcare professionals. Graduates will be prepared and eligible for the NCLEX-PN exam.

Entrance Requirements

Entrance into the program requires a completed Enrollment Agreement, evidence of a High School diploma/GED, up-to-date immunizations, a general medical physical form, passing of the Basic Skills Test, and proof of immunization requirements. Students also need to clear a background check and drug screening, provide CPR certification, and have an interview with the Program Director.

Nursing Assistant Review (CNA)

Our Nursing Assistant Review program is a stepping stone for Home Health Aides to elevate their career as nursing assistants. Upon completion, candidates will be equipped to ace both written and skill performance exams, earning their Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credentials. The program encapsulates hands-on practice of 22 essential skills and exposure to questions similar to those in the board exam.

Entrance Requirements

To be eligible for this program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate.

  • Proof of a high school diploma or a GED.

  • For those aged 17 or older, without high school completion or GED, they must demonstrate the potential to benefit from the program by passing the Wonderlic Basic Skills Test with minimum verbal and math scores of 200 and 210 respectively.

  • Completion of an Enrollment Agreement.

  • Up-to-date immunizations and submission of a documented general medical physical form before the commencement of externship.

Please note that any changes in your application status will be kept on record for one year. If you were not granted admission and would like to review your file, a written request can be submitted.

Training Program Description

This Christian-oriented training initiative offers a range of health education programs, including Professional Nursing (Associate Degree in Science), Practical Nursing (PN), Patient Care Technician (PCT), Nursing Assistant Review (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), and NCLEX-RN/PN Remedial.

Home Health Aide Training Program
