Columbine Health Systems offers a Nursing Assistant Training Program approved by the Colorado Board of Nursing. Our program complies with all applicable state and federal regulations. The training program provides 92 hours of instruction under the direct supervision of an RN or LPN. The program contains the following; classroom/lecture, laboratory time, and 20 hours of clinical instruction. At a minimum, the pre-clinical component of the program must be completed prior to any direct contact with a resident.
