Second, the CCCA program ensures uniform chiropractic assistant training, approximately five percent (5%) of malpractice claims are related to injuries due to therapies. CE credentialing also ensures that there is regulatory oversight and authority over improper conduct. Lastly, obtaining a CCCA certificate may satisfy accreditors for insurance companies, as oftentimes health care providers with patient contact must be credentialed or licensed.
