Administrative Professionals play a key role in businesses across countless industries including medical, real-estate, construction, insurance, hospitality, and many more. Administrative Professionals are often the first point of contact for a business, so strong customer service and interpersonal skills are important, along with knowledge of office computer software and other relevant skills. EIT’s Administrative Professional Program consists of six months of classroom training, followed by three months of an externship in a local business where students can apply the skills they’ve learned to real-world situations and gain valuable experience for their resume and job search.
