In our Sterile Processing Technician program you’ll learn effective methods of cleaning, storing, sterilizing, and inspecting both instruments and equipment – skills that are necessary before and after patient procedures.

The Surgical Tech program focuses on preparing students to learn skills such as sterile field preparation, field maintenance, surgeon assistance, and patient care. The Surgical Technology Associate program is offered at 14 Concorde campuses.

Pursuing your nursing degree at Concorde is a great way to begin your journey. As a nurse, you will use critical thinking to assess patients’ conditions and compassion to care for patients with a variety of issues. The Nursing Practice program is delivered in a blended format. Some courses will be delivered entirely online, entirely on-ground or with an appropriate blend of both online and on-ground hours in the same course.

Phlebotomy Technicians collect blood samples from patients via venipuncture or capillary puncture. The Phlebotomy Tech facilitates the collection and transportation of laboratory specimens and is often the patient’s only contact with the medical lab. A Phlebotomy Technician also draws blood for transfusions, donations, and research.

As a licensed practical nurse (LPN) or licensed vocational nurse (LVN), you will provide basic medical care and work under the direction of doctors and other health care professionals. An LPN/LVN’s duties can vary depending on the state they work in but usually consists of monitoring patients’ health, administering basic patient care such as changing bandages or helping patients bathe or dress, doing routine lab tests, and providing status updates to RN’s and doctors.

Neurodiagnostic Technologists (NDTs) use specialized equipment to look at the nervous system functioning of patients, identifying normal and abnormal electrical activity in the central nervous, autonomic and peripheral nervous systems. As a Neurodiagnostic Technologist, you can support vital health care applications such as diagnosing and treating seizures, sleep disorders, coma’s, brain diseases, strokes, and more.
