The LPN to RN Transition Course offers a unique opportunity for qualified licensed practical nurses to enter the associate degree nursing program with advanced standing once admission and general education requirements have been met. 

A seven-credit LPN/RN Transition course is offered to qualified LPN's. An LPN who earns a grade of C or higher in this course and completes the prerequisite and general education courses, is able to enter the CCBC Nursing Program with advanced standing and receive academic credit for the first year of the nursing program.
