PALS is a course created to aid pediatric health-care providers in developing the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively manage critically ill infants and children. Through the PALS class, students will enhance their skills in the treatment of the pediatric victim of cardiac arrest and other emergencies. Chicago’s Pulse goal is to provide the most up-to-date PALS technology and train health-care providers on how to use these skills.
