In addition to nursing care, we provide skilled therapy services to our residents/patients on site through our therapy department. Our therapy department includes physical, occupational and speech therapy services.

Care & Rehab inpatient Rehabilitation Program supports your transition from hospital to home. Once discharged from Care & Rehab’s Rehabilitation Program, our Barron WI & Ostrander MN location also offers Rehabilitation transportation and an Outpatient Therapy program. Care & Rehab’s therapy team’s main focus is to help restore your physical and/or mental function in as short a time period as possible. Our extensive experience, alongside a care plan tailored to promote function and independence, helps guide you to your goal.

Our community strives to provide person-centered services, focused on individual needs. We respond to our residents’ and patients’ needs with nurturing support, prompt attention and the TLC they deserve. In addition to nursing care, we provide skilled therapy services to our residents, as well as the community, through our therapy department. This includes physical, occupational and speech therapy services.
