CNA – Nursing Assistant Training Program (160 hours)

Bradford College of Nursing has 2 CNA Training Program Schedules- the CNA Day Program which is 21 eight hour days, the 6 week Evening CNA Program, and the 6 week Morning CNA Program. All CNA programs will involve academic coursework and clinical experience. Our CNA classes will instill in the individual student strict adherence to ethical, moral, and professional standards of nursing practice, and a high level of confidence in the acquired core competencies which will enable them to provide optimal care to patients. It focuses in creating and maintaining a culture of excellence in nursing care.

Our Certified Nursing Assistant Program (CNA) equips each student with the necessary knowledge and skills to pass the State required Certified Nursing Assistant Competency Exam. Bradford College of Nursing is a test site for the CNA State exam. You will train here, and you will test here! Unlike other establishments, we guide you from the start of your training through certification!

EMT Training Program – Basic (Emergency Medical Technician)

The EMT B Training Program offered by Bradford College of Nursing fulfills all of the training requirements set forth by the State of California in Title 22 of the California Code of regulations. The course curriculum includes all items outlined in Title 22, and is designed to guide students to successful completion of National Registry EMT – Basic Exam, which is required by the State of California for EMT certification, and this will allow students to work as an Emergency Medical Technician (SOC code 29-2041). Additionally, this class conforms to the National Standard EMT – Basic Curriculum formulated by the U.S. Department of Transportation. The class is divided into two sections: didactic instruction and skills training (160 hours) and supervised clinical experience (field ride-along and hospital emergency room experience for a total of 24 hours). Upon successful completion of the EMT B Program, a Certificate of Completion will be awarded that will allow the student to apply for National Registry Certification and subsequent state certification as an EMT.
