ASA College’s Medical Assisting Program located at our Miami campus is designed for individuals considering a career in healthcare as a medical assistant or within the other disciplines of healthcare services.

The Medical Assisting curriculum provides strong educational foundation for career growth. Students receive primary training in anatomy, physiology, medical emergencies, microbiology, pharmacology, and psychology. Our program focuses on teaching essential medical terminology, patient scheduling, medical billing and coding, clinical assistance, medical law and ethics.

Students at our Miami campus also study healthcare administration, which encompasses topics like insurance practices, requirements, regulations and how to ensure proper reimbursement for services.
