The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) class offered by Allegany College of Maryland - Cumberland Campus (Main Campus, ACOM) is a comprehensive program designed to prepare students for a career in healthcare. The program covers a range of topics from basic nursing procedures, to patient safety and communication, to medical terminology and ethics. Upon completion of the program, students will be eligible to take the Maryland State Board of Nursing’s CNA certification exam.
