Here’s some good news—you don't need a two- or four-year degree to become an MT! Certain States, including Indiana, Virginia, and California, require MTs to have a certification. Just like any other vocational program, you’ll need to attend training before you can work. Successful completion of a massage therapy program is generally a range of 500-1000 hours of training.
