KCI's CPR/Basic Life Support certified student class is a great way to learn the necessary skills to help save a life. This class is offered at the Houston, TX location and is designed to teach students the basics of life-saving techniques. Upon completion of the class, students will receive a certification that is valid for two years.
This classroom-based course assist healthcare professionals learn to recognize several life-threatening emergencies, provide CPR to victims of all ages, use an AED, and relieve choking in a safe, timely and effective manner.
Basic Life Support (BLS) classes teach you how to identify and respond to life threatening situations, such as a heart attack or choking. You'll learn techniques like Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) where you use chest compressions to respond to a heart attack.
