MedCerts is a school located in California that offers a variety of programs to help students gain certifications in the medical field. Programs include Patient Care Technician certification, Electrocardiogram (ECG/EKG) certification, Medical Assistant certification, and Phlebotomy certification. The school is led by Director , who is committed to providing quality education and training to students.
MedCerts's Medical Assistant program is entirely online. Upon completion of the program, MedCerts will match you with an externship site to do hands-on training. This class makes you eligible to obtain your Certified Clinical Medical Assistant certification and Certified Medical Administrative Assistant certification. Note that those planning to work in WA are not eligible for this program.
MedCerts's EKG Technician training is completely online and is 12 weeks long. Upon completion, MedCerts will match you with an externship site to gain hands-on training. Graduates will be eligible to obtain their Certified EKG Technician certification. Note that GA residents are not eligible for this program.
MedCerts's Patient Care Technician program is 24 weeks long and is completely online. Upon completion of the course, MedCerts will match you with an externship site to complete hands-on training. A High school diploma or GED is required to enroll. Note that residents of GA are not eligible to enroll in this program. This program is also not approved for those in CA or WA intending to draw blood.
