Position Overview:
The Billing Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately entering, verifying, and maintaining billing records and financial data. This remote position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and experience working independently in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input billing and invoice data into internal systems.

  • Reconcile billing records and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

  • Maintain up-to-date and well-organized billing files.

  • Collaborate with finance, sales, and customer support teams to verify billing information.

  • Ensure timely data entry to support monthly and quarterly financial reporting—all while working in a remote role.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in billing, finance, or data entry—preferably in a remote setting.

  • High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, accounting tools, and CRM systems.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • A stable internet connection and dedicated remote workspace.

Preferred Qualifications:
