Support our students by delivering high quality programming, coaching, and career support.
Dreambound creates upward mobility for American job seekers and simplifies hiring for employers. Right now, we're helping job seekers attend 3-14 week classes to become certified nursing assistants (CNAs), helping them pay for their tuition and placing them with employers upon completion. For many, Dreambound represents a new lifeline to economic stability and a better chance at a fulfilling career.
We raised a seed round from Union Square Ventures, Collaborative Fund, 8VC, Moxxie, RocNation, and former leaders from Affirm, General Assembly, Twitter, and companies in education & media. We're well-funded and ready to improve upward mobility and the health care labor supply in America.
Want to help people find their dream careers? Dreambound needs your help in identifying more potential candidates to coach into top-quality CNAs and match with CNA facilities all across America.
As a CNA partner, you can refer and/or mentor individuals and earn some extra cash! We will provide you training and messaging so you can gain relevant leadership experience and reach out to potential CNAs.
Dreambound partners build our community by sharing the details of our program with their community. Be aware that the role involves:
- Keeping Dreambound regularly updated of your availability to refer and/or mentor candidates
- Reviewing materials that we send about our program in order to provide people accurate information about Dreambound
- Conducting reviews, training, and check-ins with one of our staff
- Providing us regular feedback
Applications for this role are openFill out a short form and tell us why you're interested — we'll reach out to you with next steps if there's mutual fit. A resume is optional.
