The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) class at Tyler is designed to prepare students for careers in nursing. The program is comprehensive and includes both theoretical and practical instruction. Students will learn about the anatomy and physiology of the human body, medical terminology, medical ethics, communication skills, and the fundamentals of patient care. They will also receive training on proper safety, infection control, and proper lifting techniques.
